1.0 HR Weekly for 8 Weeks  - $250 per participant

One of the hardest things about being a golfer in the mid-west is the long period of  delay between swinging a club due to the dreaded winter season.

We do not appreciate how much golf keeps us fit, and keeps us limber! In the past decade the golf world has been putting a greater and greater emphasis on fitness, and biomechanics. In fact, there are many schools of instruction developing in the golf world that indicate if they can get your body to move correctly many of your swing faults could be remedied!

I am a firm believer that most golfers do not prepare their body's correctly for a round of golf, and that biomechanics play a very important role. In fact, if we aren't able to physically make a full shoulder turn, or physically load the hips properly in the back swing working on drills targeting those issues could be a total waste of time!

This winter class is low-effort, little to no weight lifting, and ideal for golfers of all ages. The purpose of this class is to prepare our body's over winter for the task of swinging a golf club.

We will tackle things like neck and shoulder mobility, rotator cuff injury prevention, lower back strengthening, improving our T-Spine rotation, hip mobility, balance and stability, and overall target the muscle groups we routinely use in a round of golf!

NOTE: This is not instruction. I am not trying to change your swings. I am just getting your body to move, load, rotate, and fire more efficiently.
